He spoke about his recently concluded Black Love Virtual Concert which was estimated to have had over 3 million viewers thereby causing the CEEK platform that hosted the event to crash.
He was also asked about how he felt on his reunion with dance hall act Shatta Wale after years of them falling out. He mentioned that it was good to finally settle the beef they had and that they had both missed their collaborative moments of music magic.
Sarkodie and Shatta Wale teamed up for the rapper’s Virtual Concert last month to give patrons breathe taking performances of a number of hit collaborations that they had done in the past – with their misunderstanding now settled, fans are looking forward to more ShattaSark moments as used to be the case in the past.
He was also thrown a question about the incident at his concert rehearsal grounds where dance hall act Stonebwoy punched Angeltown’s (Sarkodie’s manager) eye and also allegedly pulled out a gun.
Sarkodie responded saying that he was on stage when the whole incident happened so he did not see all that went down. But he stated that his initial feelings were that of disrespect, but upon careful examination, he realized that it was reflex and Stonebwoy wouldn’t intentionally disrespect him by hitting his manager.
He says that he and the dance hall act are both good now.
