Tobechukwu Okoh, Nigerian singer and songwriter professionally known as Peruzzi, has released his much anticipated debut album titled “Rum and Boogie”.
Apparently, “Rum & Boogie” is the singer’s second official album. In 2019, the artiste released his first debut album which he titled “Huncho Vibez”.
The singer took to social media on Friday to announce the release of his 20 tracks album.
Announcing the album on his Instagram page, Peruzzi wrote:
“From A Place Where We Had No Stars. Always Knew We Was Born To Shine, We Had No Idea HOW or WHEN. But You See Brother, God Is The Greatest. Already On My Second Album & I Swear It’s All Of Me; Craziest Shit I Ever Wrote. #RUMandBOOGIE”
In correlation with the artiste’s uniqueness and creativity, the 20-track album is split into two parts, that’s why it is called “Rum and Boogie. “Rum” includes the tracks; Juba, Telepot, See Love, Somebody Baby, Murda, Gunshot, Girlie, God Forbid, Matrimony, Lagbaja. Meanwhile, the second part “Boogie” consists of; Kalakuta, Baddest, Available, Feeling Good, Change Your Style, Call, Baba God, Southy Love, Colour, and Isolova.
Ever since his stride into the music scene, Peruzzi has continued to make waves with hit songs that have gained him recognition all over the country. With hit jams, the “Majesty” crooner had continued to endure that his name remains relevant in the music industry.
As one of the signees of DMW, Peruzzi has continued to pull strings after he was signed by his boss, Davido. The unique artiste was formerly signed into Golden Boy Entertainment(GBE), however, he left Golden Boy Entertainment after a face-off between him and the record label.
The musician has now gained world-wide recognition after being signed into DMW.
