The former boss of Mo’Hits record and current boss of Mavin Record label, Micheal Collins Ajereh, professionally known by his nickname, Don Jazzy revealed during a recent interview with TV presenter, Ebuka Obi Uchendu on the Bounce Radio Live, that one of his mistakes in life was not signing rapper Falz, singer Teni, and singer Simi into his record label.
The record label boss in the tell it all intervieww, where he talked his personal life and his stride into the music scene, revealed that he isn’t a man of regrets, but he has come to realize that one of the mistakes he made in his music career was not signing Simi, Falz and Teni, who are now successful Nigerian artistes.
When asked if he has any regret in life or his music career, he said “I won’t call it regret but I wish I signed Simi and Falz.”
The music producer and record label boss also revealed the reasons for the crash of his former record label, Mo’Hits Record. He spoke on how he begged Wande Coal to stay with him or come back and join Mavins Record.
Don Jazzy also revealed in the interview that he isn’t worried about not having children, or worried he is never going to get married. He then said if the worse comes, he might go on and adopt a child.
However, he said he did consider, at some point, that he might need a therapy because of the way he sees life. He noted that he is happy with his life, adding that he would still be happy if he wasn’t who he is at the moment. He revealed he although he is wealthy and happy, he would also be happy with his life if he was not wealthy.
