Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy has rubbished claims that he is quick-tempered and becomes violent when provoked.
There have been wild speculations that the Dancehall act has a bad temper that makes him violent at the least provocation. This is as a result of a few instances Stonebwoy got violent which caught the attention of the public.
One of such instances was when he pulled a gun at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards(VGMA) which according to him, felt threatened by fellow Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and his entourage meeting him on stage. The show was marred by the scuffle between the two who have always gone head to head with each other lyrically as industry rivals.
Another instance was when speculations were that he punched the manager of popular Ghanaian rapper and entrepreneur Sarkodie when the two had an altercation.
These but a few instances portrayed the ‘activate’ crooner as a violent and a quick tempered man.
Stonebwoy has however in an interview revealed that he is never quick-tempered as speculated. According to the “suit and tie” composer, people judge him based on the few instances that caught the media eye.
However, Stonebwoy admitted that how he reacts to issues at a top speed has contributed to the perception about him as someone who is quick-tempered.
After revealing his ‘speedy processor’, the Burniton Music Group boss stated that he is a very careful person and he thinks through things before he does them.
He added that those who know him personally would attest that he doesn’t react to things he is expected to.
