The star, who gained recognition after she contested in the fourth season of the Big Brother Naija reality show, revealed the incident occurred on her 25th birthday.
The BBNaija star took to her social media handle on Thursday, January 14, 2021, where she posted a video from the scene of the accident. She explained that the accident was disastrous and could have claimed her life, but she is thankful she only sustained minor injuries.
She expressed gratitude to God as she survived a car crash that could have taken her life.
The reality TV star was driving with her friends on her birthday when the accident occurred.
She gave thanks to God that the people with her also survived the accident.
She had shared pictures of herself earlier for her birthday on her Instagram page which she captioned;
“Chapter 25! For both the good and the bad times, I remain grateful. A little gal who had nothing but dreams, taking what’s hers. I wish unto myself, blessing unlimited! Happy Birthday to me.” She wrote.
In one other post, she said, “25 looks damn good on me, choke!”
Later that day, she shared the video of the accident and the caption revealed she was in good health.
“My 25th can never be the end of me. I’m fine and safe, including the people with me in the car. A few bruises but nothing major, God I thank you,” she explained on Twitter.
Recall that Cindy was formerly appointed the ambassador of made-in-Aba project in 2019 by Okezie Ikpezu, governor of Abia state. The project aimed at improving and establishing local goods and services in the state.
She was also accused by an online fashion dealer of not keeping to a deal in 2019. According to the dealer, she had given Cindy free cloths in exchange for credit for her brand. She claimed Cindy refused to give her credit as formerly agreed.
